CAFETERIA PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Effective immediately, payments for students’ cafeteria accounts can be paid in the school office from 8:00 to 8:30 each morning (instead of in the cafeteria). In the office, parents will fill out information on a payment envelope and insert their check or cash inside. (Do NOT seal the envelopes. Staff members will verify cash amounts.) This will eliminate the need for parents to go to the
cafeteria if they only need to make a payment into their child’s account. Cafeteria staff members will still be available (also from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.) if parents have questions or concerns to discuss with them.
We strongly recommend you take advantage of the ability to make payments online at www.SchoolNutritionAndFitness.com. You can also check your child’s monetary balance to make sure he/she still has enough funds in his/her account. If you prefer to make your payment in person, you can go to the website to print out a pre-formatted envelope so you can save time by filling out the information at home.
Please Note: When you come to the office to make a cafeteria payment, please understand that, if we have tardy students waiting, we will check them in first to make sure they miss as little instructional time as possible.
